Random Waypoint Model:

Each node chooses a random destination waypoint from the given region (uniformly at random), and starts moving towards it. Upon reaching the waypoint, the node chooses the next waypoint and the process repeats.

In this example, n nodes form a mobile opportunistic network with intermittent connectivity. The RWP model serves as an elementary mobility model that induces a connectivity pattern between nodes of a wireless network that is easy to communicate and reproduce.

Options:

(radius is half of the tx-range)
(two nodes can establish a direct link)
(the mobility model)
